Inside Filipino Boxing & Silat

Adaptable striking built around movement and timing.

Filipino boxing develops striking through purposeful movement, angles, timing and close-range decisions. Silat principles add ways to understand position, entry and control. The class builds these qualities progressively, so beginners can learn the structure while experienced students refine application.

This is not a separate academy product. Filipino Boxing & Silat sits inside the wider Martial Arts pathway and gives adults another focused way to develop adaptable striking, composure and movement alongside the academy's other disciplines.
