The move to high school can feel like a lot
New social groups and expectations can leave even capable teenagers doubting themselves.
Schoolwork, screens and fitting in create stress they may not always know how to talk about.
You want them to speak up, make good choices and feel able to protect themselves if needed.
They do not need to be “sporty” or confident to start.

A positive place to grow
The four-week programme gives teenagers structured coaching, achievable challenges and a welcoming group where effort matters more than experience.
Learn to stay composed, listen, make decisions and speak up.
Build stamina while learning to keep going when something feels difficult.
Develop practical skills safely through progressive, coached partner drills.
Improve awareness, boundaries and the confidence to act appropriately.
The result we are working towards
Four weeks is the beginning—not a magic fix. It gives them the right environment, coaching and momentum to begin making meaningful progress.
They begin to trust what they can do instead of automatically holding back.
They practise listening, following instructions and staying present under pressure.
They learn that mistakes are part of progress—and that they can try again.
They leave with useful striking, grappling and self-protection foundations.

Everything they need to begin
We make starting easy, even if your teenager has never stepped into a martial arts class before.
